implications. I do not believe that the allocation of money is the answer. We need to do the following:
Give parents school choice (public or charter), have an external audit to identify useful and wasteful spending, direct more resources to the classrooms...

We need to protect and preserve our environment for our future generations. The Chesapeake Bay is a state treasure which must be protected through tough anti-dumping and polluting laws. We need to reduce environmental hazards so that we can live healthier lives.

We have very few elected officials who can understand and or comprehend how technology can provide services efficiently, save costs and create good paying and challenging jobs.
